  1. I have lerenad that I can’t sleep with the windows open either unfortunately. Good ol’ Crickets and Tree Frogs are the critters of choice here in the Hinterland…but perhaps there are Katydids mixed in there too and I have never listened close enough. I was just out tonight to see if we could catch any early meteors and realized that with the cooler days/nights the past couple of days…the fireflies are gone! much sadness.
